Ingredients

    red potatoes cut into bite sized pieces



  • 1
    lb
    cubed chicken breast



  • 1
    lb
    trimmed green beans



  • 2 ½

    olive oil



  • 1

    cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place the cubed red potatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and ½ tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes.
